Hi TCF Swim Team Families,

Here’s what’s happening this week:

• Last week of afterschool practices! Monday-Thursday
• If you were not available during time trials, please notify your coach at practice to get timed.
• Meet #1 RSVPs OPEN NOW— due Friday at midnight.
  • Please go to https://tcflames.swimtopia.com/swim_meets
  • Click on the green "Meet Entry" box next to our May 28th Meet at Windermere.
  • Click on the red "Edit" button below your swimmer's names
  • Use the drop down menu next to each swimmer and declare your swimmer's attendance & write any notes you want the coaches to see when choosing your swimmer's events for the meet
  • Click the red "SAVE" button - VERY IMPORTANT STEP
• Volunteer sign up for Meet #1 will open on Saturday at 8am and close Tuesday at midnight— more information coming later this week.
• No Practice on Monday, 5/25, in observance of Memorial Day
