How to Sign-Up for a Volunteer Job
- Go to tcflames.swimtopia.com and sign in.
- Once you have signed in, click on "Meet Sign-Up" in the top navigation bar.
- Click on the green “Job Signup” button for the upcoming meet. The “Job Signup” button will be gray when the signup is closed.
- You will see the name of the parent(s) associated with the account. Click on the “Sign up for Jobs” button under the adult who will be volunteering.
- Check the box next to your preferred job. You can see the job descriptions below.
- Be sure to scroll down and select "Save Assignments".
- You will now see the job you selected listed under the parent’s name.
- To change your signup, click on the “Sign up for Jobs” button again, check/uncheck the appropriate boxes and select “Save Assignments”.
